Guam Regional Transit Authority’s (GRTA’s) mission is:

To provide reliable, accessible and cost-effective public transportation services to the general public and individuals with disabilities on the Territory of Guam.   To plan, establish, develop, coordinate, promote, own and operate services and facilities that support public transportation. To fulfill the mandates of Public Law 30-05 (Creation of GRTA as an autonomous agency of the Government of Guam).
